We have recently received some information about childcare available in Cottage Grove, and we wanted to pass it along directly to you.

Information from Great Days Education Center:
Great days Early Education Center has openings in both the Preschool and All day classes. We are here to help you get through these crazy times and get back to work. We service kids from 30 months (toilet trained) to just before kindergarten. Breakfast, snack, and lunch are served daily. Our educational curriculum prepares your little ones for school in the future. We access KHS ERDC payments. We have limited slots. Please call 541-942-7460 or email at [email protected]. We are a certified Emergency Childcare center following all Early Learning Division sanitary and safety requirements.

Information from YMCA
We are excited to be able to offer out of school time care in Cottage Grove this year. Details are included below, please let us know if you have any questions.
This year we are located inside the Latham Elementary building (located at 32112 Latham Rd). Care will be provided all day from 7:30am to 5:30pm and will include support with comprehensive distance learning.
There is only a 5 day/week registration option at this time.
Transportation will be provided from your child's school.
Care begins September 21st. Tuition is based on the in class start date for your students grade. See chart below for monthly totals.
At this time we are only registering families through December. Once we know what the rest of the school year looks like we will evaluate the program and rate plans to reflect any changes and ask if you would like to register for the rest of the year at that point.
There WILL be a winter break where our programs close (last day of care is December 18th), so December tuition is also prorated down to reflect this.
We do have financial assistance available. Please email us with information.

Add your youth to your account
Click on the basketball icon labelled "programs", find the program titled "20-21 Latham Out of School Time" and follow the prompts to complete the registration process for each child.
There will be a $50 registration fee due at the time of registration.
Once you are registered, we will prorate your bill down according to your child's grade and in-person class time start date.
If the program is full, it will automatically put you on the waitlist and not charge you for the registration fee.
