Evelyn “Ev” (Allen) Doolittle, 77 of Moore ID, formerly of Cottage Grove, OR passed away on April 4, 2019 from cancer.  Evelyn was born on May 5, 1941 in Murphy, NC to parents Cliff and Bessie (Woody) Allen.  She graduated from Cottage Grove High School.  Ev married Alan W. Doolittle on June 24, 1972 in Eugene, OR.  She served as a children’s bible teacher in the Dorena area with Child Evangelism for 45 years and worked at the Dorena Post Office. Ev loved her family and the children of Lane County.  She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.  She loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and shared his love with all who knew her.  She was a member of Cottage Grove Bible Church and Child Evangelism Fellowship of Eugene.  Ev is survived by her loving husband of 47 years Alan Doolittle, son Tony Campbell and wife Michelle, all of Moore, ID; 5 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren; brother Victor Allen and wife Sue, Cottage Grove, OR; brother Jerry Allen and wife Pam, Redmond, OR; brother James Allen and wife Robin, Blackshear, GA; and sister Sharon Eriksen and husband Rod, Cottage Grove, OR.  She was preceded in death by her daughter Tina Campbell on August 28, 2006.  Memorial contributions may be made to Child Evangelism Fellowship, P.O.
