Justin Kelsey, 16, of Cottage Grove died April 22, 2017.

He was born March 20, 2001 to April Brown and Jason Kelsey.

He attended London School and Childs Way Charter School.

Justin enjoyed building and racing RC cars, video editing and video games.

Survivors include his mother, April Brown of Reedsport, father, Jason Kelsey of Cottage Grove, and three siblings, Andrue Brown, Samantha Kelsey and Elizabeth Brown, all of Cottage Grove.

A Celebration of Life will be held May 6, 2017 at 1 p.m. at the Dorena Grange. Memorial contributions may be given via gofundme.com/justin-kelseys-memorial-fund.
