November 10 - To better serve our community and deliver a more quality product, The Cottage Grove Sentinel is moving its publication day. Starting next week on Nov. 18, The Sentinel will be published on Fridays.

Back in 1909, The Cottage Grove Sentinel began publishing on Fridays. It drifted upward in the calendar through the years to Tuesday, and now is traveling back toward the day we first began its distribution, starting with our next edition on Friday, Nov. 18.

Week after week, The Cottage Grove Sentinel provides a place for people’s thoughts and perspectives. We are proud to be this community’s newspaper.

The Sentinel is still here on Main Street in Cottage Grove writing our community’s stories, talking to our businesses, attending our meetings, celebrating our successes, highlighting our challenges and defining this community, just like we have been for 133 years. Thank you.
