Aug. 25, 2022 — The 90th anniversary of the Western Oregon Exposition (W.O.E.) Fair took place Friday through Sunday, Aug. 19 to 21, at the fairgrounds. Music, celebrity guests and performers entertained the crowds while they browsed vendors, ate food and watched demonstrations. People were also able to exhibit textiles, flowers, produce, art and animals, which were then viewed by the judges. The 90th anniversary also featured cake on Aug. 20 to celebrate a tradition that extends to 1932. “What an amazing history of activities that bring the community together!” organizers said.
