The City of Cottage Grove is applying to the USDA Rural Development, Water and Environmental Program for funding the purchase and installation of advanced metering infrastructure.  The total project cost is estimated to be $2,000,000.  The City of Cottage Grove will hold a Council meeting open to the public to discuss the application and provide an opportunity for the public to comment. The meeting is a requirement of the USDA application.
